Tap Architecture

This fully adhered barrel roof in Oklahoma City was our most recent project. It had some difficulties (height being one), but we were able to complete a roof retrofit with TPO in an efficient and timely manner. In the process, we removed years of dirt and some growing grass from the roof as well.

  • Can you see Rugged working?

Jett Solutions

At first glance, Jett Solutions didn’t look like it needed a new roof. In fact, Rugged Roofing inspected the roof in 2014 and found no damage.

However, after hail storms in 2015, there was noticeable dents on the roof.

Eventually dents like this can lead to a rusting and leaky roof.

Because of our previous inspection, we were able to help the insurance company see that this was recent damage and they paid for a new roof for the customer. The customer chose a TPO retrofit for their metal building ensuring a water tight building for years to come.

See the letter of recommendation from Jett Solutions.

We use 838 Coatings. Here’s why!

838-coatings-logoWe use 838 Coatings for our elastomeric roof coatings.

838 Coatings uses the most advanced chemical formulations to create products that are easy to apply, extremely weather resistant and durable while being energy efficient.

The 838 MS (Metal Seal) is a 100% solid, fast drying sealer for seams and fasteners on a metal roof. This will not wear out or break down like seam tape and provides superior water tight capabilities.

butterly_after (7)The 838 Top is a superior coating product. It meets the requirements of both ENERGY STAR® and the Cool Roof Rating Council and provides a cool roof over the metal seal. It’s got high tensile strength and excellent elongation.

838 is a great company with great products. But the proof is in performance.
